Delete your account

In the MemorySignal app, open Account settings and choose Delete account. You can also delete a care-recipient profile separately from Privacy & Sharing. If you cannot access the app, email support@memorysignal.ai from the address associated with your account.

What happens to your account

• Your Clerk sign-in and personal account details are removed, and your access is revoked.
• If another active Memory Partner is in a care circle you own, choose a successor first. Shared facts, appointments, reports, and other care records stay with that circle.
• If no other Memory Partner is available, you can confirm deletion of that care circle and its care-recipient records, including server-side Apple Health daily summaries.

Shared care records can still contain information a departing person entered. A deleted account is represented only by an anonymous record where shared history needs a reference. Apple purchase history and records retained by other providers follow their own policies. Support will confirm the scope and timing of an email request after verifying your identity.

Care records transfer, but your subscription does not transfer to the new owner. Deleting MemorySignal data does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
